The Provider attaches a great deal to your privacy. Therefore, we have drawn-up a separate privacy policy, which is an integral part of the Provider’s General and Specific Terms & Conditions and Supplementary Conditions. Changes to our privacy policy

MCDS NV may modify this privacy policy at any time at its discretion and modifications are effective upon being posted on the Site and where appropriate, through e-mail or SMS notification. You are responsible for reviewing this privacy policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes to it. When MCDS NV does effect a change, it will update the “Date of Preparation” notice appearing at the end of the privacy policy.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, nor do we share such information with third parties. Children under the age of 18 may use only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of this privacy policy is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of all remaining provisions.
